Max Payne is third-person shooter computer video game which developed by Remedy Entertainment & Gathering of Developers was published on July 2001. Ports created in later year for Xbox, PlayStation 2 & Game Boy Advance published by The Rockstar Games. Mac OS port published on 16th July.
Max Payne received a huge positive reviews and it was praised for exciting gun play & use of noir storytelling devices. The game won large number of accolades and including BAFTA Award.
